14-Day Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days of confirmed delivery, provided all eligibility conditions outlined below are met. Requests submitted after this period will not be approved.

Return Authorization Requirement

All returns must be pre-approved.

Refunds & Store Credit

Exchanges

If the requested size or item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead. Emperor Nael Clothing does not guarantee availability of replacement items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence. Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim. Verified issues will be resolved at our discretion.

Right to Refuse Returns
